Vihangama Holiday Retreat will issue a 100% credit note in case of cancellations.
No monetary refunds will be provided.
The credit note is applicable only for Day Out bookings.
It remains valid for 90 days from the original check-in date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability at the time of rebooking.
